Sentido Somatico accepts no responsibility for the success or outcomes of treatments. Results may vary individually. Clients bear full responsibility for decisions made based on our services. It is mandatory to disclose health conditions prior to treatments, especially for physical applications such as Alphabiotism or acupuncture.

Clients must ensure they are suitable for our services. In case of health concerns or pre-existing conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.

Online appointments are binding and must be attended punctually. Appointments are forfeited and fully charged if the client is more than 5 minutes late. Free rescheduling is only possible if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Full payment is required to schedule services. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, and various approved digital payment methods.

We utilize Stripe as our secure online payment processor. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed through Stripe's platform, never being stored on our servers.

When making an online payment, you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment interface where you can safely enter your payment details. After successful processing, you'll receive a confirmation email with your transaction details.
